Our Rates

2024 - 2025 Tuition & Fees (Preschool Fees)

1. Class enrollment fee - $100 (collected at the time of enrollment typically every February (Fee holds your child’s spot for entrance in the upcoming class)

2. Annual Fee $250 due in October, includes supplies, technology, and curriculum. (ONLY applies to Infants-Preschool classrooms)

3. After School Supply Fee $100 due in October. 

4. Tuition will remain the same for the entire year regardless of child’s birthday.

5. The tuition year typically runs from August 1st until July 31st.

6. Tuition will be due regardless of attendance for the entire year (Our center is closed for the week of July 4th each year and will not be billed).

**Field trips and field trip t-shirt fees for the 3K and 4K classes will be provided once the trips have been scheduled. Typically the fee for this is less than $35 total.

**The Children’s Academy does not offer a vacation week for pre-school aged children. Our center is closed the week of 4th of July and your account will not be charged.

School-Age Fees

$100 Enrollment fee (collected yearly).

$96/wk Beginning November 4th with no vacation weeks. 

$10 Added to tuition for days public schools are closed and student attends TCA all day.

October Fall Break - $150 weekly

Thanksgiving Holiday - $120/wk or $33 a day

Christmas Holiday - $120/wk or $33 a day

Spring Break - $150 weekly

**School age students will be eligible for 2 holiday weeks for "non tuition” weeks. Children must not attend the "non tuition” weeks that are picked.

Daily - $45
